Welcome to Back Beach Cottages, we are a unique 2 home property with stunning views of the ocean. The location offers the best of both worlds:  a quiet and relaxing spot for enjoying the beach and also close proximity to downtown Rockport. The homes are steps away from Back Beach, a 5-minute walk to Front Beach and a 10-minute walk to the heart of Rockport’s historic town center. The rental of this property includes two off street parking spots, a private garden and views of the ocean from both homes.

The Cottages

The Cottages are rented together as a set during from June - Oct.

RATES 2024

The houses are rented together as a pair.

  •  $4,300 / week 

Included in the rental rate

  • All taxes and cleaning fees

  • 2 cruiser bicycles

  • 2 Sea kayaks (and life preservers)

  • Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies

  • Wireless Internet

  • Roku TV​

Terms

  • Payment Accepted via Venmo, PayPal, Check or Bank Transfer

  • Terms 100% Payment due upon booking

    • Cancellations Terms:

      • Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. Cancellations made in 29 days or less before check-in will not result in a refund.

  • 5% Discount available for multiple consecutive week rentals 

House Rules

  • Check in time is 3pm on Saturday

  • Checkout time is 11am on the following Saturday

  • 2 Car Maximum Parking in the Driveway

  • No Smoking on the entire property

  • No Events, and no loud music / noise after 9pm
